So we hired some guys to come in and clear the way. This is what Chuck did for us in just a couple of hours.

It was amazing to watch.

EG loved the machine from a distance...up close, not so much. (note the death grip on my jacket)

Abigail Loved it! Chuck even let her drive it.

Ok this pic is for me....just couldn't resist :)

Plumbed and ready for concrete.

These things are like 18" long and 2" in diameter....

This is Moses...the best concrete guy in the wiregrass :)

With the concrete poured we were ready for the building. Hard to believe this truck was carrying a 30x40x25' building.

Offloading

There she is.

25' in the air on a wooden pallet = unhappy wife

Insulation and siding

The roof.

All closed in to include is 17' roll up door...he likes the 17' roll up door :)

THEN the work began....Framing in for the inlaws quarters.

Insulation

Drywall

Mud, tape...and sanding :(

Paint

Flooring and lighting

Kitchen cabinets

Oh yeah...and more concrete

Finally! "My side" is done

"His side" well....that's still a work in progress.

It sure looks like this went up over night in a neat little blog entry. Actual time elapsed was more than 2 years.
