Hangin with my boy

I had the absolute honor of being TF's first babysitter today. His mom and sister went to family day to see dad fly...way too noisy for such a little baby boy. Lucky me!

He did a lot of this....


Five discovered him after a couple of hours.

Five woke him up for me.


So I fed him. And EG loved him.


Then we loaded him into the stroller for a walk around the neighborhood.


He liked the stroller.


We took him to meet Miss Charlotte. They liked each other :)


EG took a break to look at the lake.


We got him home and he passed out in the bassinet I put up months ago...


Thank you, Megan, for trusting me with this precious little boy. Love him, love him!

Easter Weekend

Was busy! Brian made it home from his drive back from Oregon in time to color eggs and enjoy an Easter feast.

Easter morning came quickly. The girls couldn't wait for the hunt....












There was a lot of treasure brought back from Oregon. I think this was a favorite for the girls. They kept sneaking out to the garage and getting in...and honking the horn.

A 1959 MGA roadster. It has been in the Wilkins' family for over 45 years. What a beauty.


The girls insisted on being taken to school in it.

Daddy sick

Brian headed west last week to help move GranMom and PaPaw from Oregon to Green Valley, Az. The girls, being the Daddy's girls that they are, have missed him terribly. Counting the days until he'd be home. Well tonight was the night. After dinner they were bouncing off the walls, so we went outside to wait.

Home Sweet Home


A very special thanks goes out to my wonderful friend in Houston. Thank you, Shannon, for taking my hubby in last night and packing a wonderful lunch for him. Love you!!!

On the hunt

Today was an Easter party having, egg hunting kind of day. First party on the schedule was EG's....

The kids sang songs. Sorry, I don't have any pictures I was filming for Meggo...maybe she'll share later.

They also recited John 3:16

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
