Christmas Day

Santa was good to our girls this year...so were their friends and family. Thank you to everyone who sent a little something special to the girls. Christmas morning was full of gasps, smiles, and flying Christmas wrap.

Ahhhh yes! The wonderful gift of Cactus Syrup from GranMom and PaPaw. She was soooo happy to see that the empty bottle in the refrigerator could be replaced with a brand new bottle.


EG Loves Barbie and the Three Musketeers.


I mean LOVES


G-Pa sent the girls Oregon sweatshirts and the cuuuuuteeest hats.


EG loved the hat so much it didn't leave her head for most of the day.


Did I mention how cute the hats were?


This was a big one for EG. GranMom and PaPaw sent her an American Girl doll. She has named her Lola Elizabeth Wilkins and doesn't go anywhere without her.


What's this, she wonders.....


Abigail's American Girl doll got a new bed. A sweet new bed with a bedside table and little lamp. Very nice. Once set up in her room her cat Mittens took it over. Oh well...


It was a great and very Merry Christmas!

A Merry Christmas

Gramma Smith sent us a Christmas box with instructions to open upon arrival...it was a box full of fun! Christmas blankets, toys for the girls and these...



It was fun to watch the girls create their tasty art each with their own kind of flare.

Snow Day!

EG and I were invited to come play at the snow day/Christmas celebration Abigail's class had today. What fun!

The classroom was decorated and ready for the party.


Mrs Parker made each student a santa hat/stocking.


Including EG :)


And the students brought gifts for Mrs Parker.


Everyone was having a great time.







But this was supposed to be a snow day. Since we're in Alabama, we had to cheat.


Cup of snow :)

Put a couple of scoops of "snow" in a cup and add water...

And of course sweet Jaycee got in there too!


But that wasn't the only snow in the class....Shaving Cream!!!







But what would a Christmas party be without Santa....
